Dann Chat mit dem User:
Ich: hi user
User: Hello
U: Sorry I was away from my desk.
I: no problem. you openend a ticket regarding your workstation
U: yes.
I: is the worksation connected to the network?
U: now not, because M using network cable for my laptop, but I cn connect it now.. its connected.
I: when the machine is connected, you are able to log in. just wait a minute and you can log in.
U: yes, now I can login but this did'nt happen in the morning. Thanks!
